• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, including all tags and labels.

• Personalized or customized products may not be eligible for refunds, except in cases of defects or errors.

• Sale items or discounted products may have limited refund eligibility, as stated at the time of purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

• Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning your item.

• Returns must be sent back using a trackable shipping service. Buranshh is not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our support team.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.

• We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
